The Rabbit Hole Lounge is a private decompression space created to support nervous system regulation and gentle reintegration before or after your session. This is not a waiting room and not a social environment. It is a calm, intentionally held space designed for pausing, settling, and allowing your body to fully absorb the work you’ve received. Lounge access is available exclusively to clients currently booking through my self-pay menu and is offered as an extension of whole-life wellness care — supporting not only recovery, but sustainable well-being.
