Cancellation & Appointment Policy
Respecting Your Time & Ours
At Your Me Time Massage, your time is just as valuable as your therapist’s.
These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and restorative experience for every client.
Appointments

All sessions are by appointment only and must be booked through our website or by direct contact.

We do not accept walk-ins or same-day appointments

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for proper sanitation and session preparation.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session fee or result in forfeiture of deposit.

Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the session fee.

If using a gift card, membership session, or package, the full session will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of your session.

In such cases, deposits will be redeemed, and the session will not be rescheduled.
Illness Policy

If you are feeling unwell, please text or leave a message at (706) 910-3033 as soon as possible.

This helps protect both clients and therapist and maintains a healthy environment.
Payments

Payment is due at the time of service or pre-paid when booking online.

Accepted forms of payment include:

Credit/Debit Card

HSA/FSA (where applicable)

Approved insurance referrals (must be discussed before booking)

Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.
Client Expectations

Clients must arrive clean, sober, and on time.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

First-time clients must complete all required intake forms prior to their appointment. No exceptions.

Client Alignment Policy
At Your Me Time Massage, every session is designed to provide a focused, professional, and results-driven experience. To maintain the integrity of this environment, we reserve the right to determine if a client-provider relationship is the appropriate fit. If at any time alignment is not present, services may be declined or discontinued, and clients may be referred to another provider better suited to their needs.
Professional Conduct
All interactions before, during, and after sessions must remain respectful and professional. Inappropriate language, suggestive comments, or behavior that disrupts the therapeutic environment will result in immediate termination of the session and discontinuation of future services.
Communication Boundaries
To ensure quality care for all clients, communication is limited to business-related matters during designated hours.
• Messages sent outside of business hours will be addressed the next business day
• Excessive communication across multiple platforms (calls, texts, emails) is not permitted
• Repeated or urgent messaging without necessity may result in restricted communication or dismissal as a client
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to protect the peace, safety, and quality of the experience for both the client and provider.
Referral-Based Clients (VA / Optum)
If it is determined that another provider would be a better fit, clients will be referred back to their coordinator for reassignment
