Service Description
WHO IT'S FOR: Busy professionals, caregivers, and the first responders who feel tension building in the neck, shoulders, or upper back and need targeted relief but don't have time for a full session. THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES: Sometimes pain shows up suddenly, or the same tight spot starts interfering with your workday, sleep, or focus. This session is designed to quickly address one priority area before the tension builds into a larger problem. WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH: Less tension in the area that was bothering you, easier movement, and the feeling that your body can finally take a breath again. WHAT'S INCLUDED: 30 minutes of focused therapeutic bodywork targeting one specific area using medical massage techniques, deep tissue work, and mobility-focused treatment as needed.
Cancellation Policy
**Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.** Sanitizing the lobby and massage space is important. This is also the time for the therapist to prepare for your session after the previous client. If you are sick, please text or leave a message at (706)910-3033. All sessions are by appointment only through the website or direct contact. We do not accept same day appointment or walk-ins. Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of a session fee or forfeiture of deposit. No-call/no-show appointments and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee. If using a gift card, membership session, or package session, full gift card or session will be forfeited. Payments: Payment is due at the time of service or pre-paid when booking online. Acceptable forms of payment: credit/debit card, HSA/FSA (where applicable), or approved insurance referral (must be discussed before booking). Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled, and deposit will be redeemed. Client Expectations: Clients are expected to arrive clean, sober, and on time. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of session without refund. First time clients must complete all required intake forms. No exceptions!!
