Exclusively available with a referral from Veteran Affairs or Optum, our Veteran-Approved Medical Massage service is specifically designed to address medical conditions and pathologies experienced by veterans. Our team of expert therapists is dedicated to providing top-notch and tailored care to help improve the overall well-being of our valued veterans. With years of experience and expertise, we offer personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to the unique needs of our veterans.
Cancellation Policy
**Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.** Sanitizing the lobby and massage space is important. This is also the time for the therapist to prepare for your session after the previous client. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, your session will have to be rescheduled. Illness: If you are sick and need to cancel your appointment under 24 hours, please text or leave a message at (706)910-3033. No-Shows: For couples massages, it is important that you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Given that we coordinate with another therapist, it is important that they are compensated for their time and full payment will be invoiced for no-shows. No exceptions! For services that are not couples massages, we ask that you reach out to us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. We do understand that life happens and will accept your deposit for your cancellation fee for your first no-show upon proper communication. For your second no-show, full payment will be invoiced
